Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not misuse the apps, attempt to gain unauthorized access to their systems, or use them in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services.
All content, features, and functionality of our apps (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of Büns Mobile Apps and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our apps. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps.
Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Our apps store data locally on your device. For features that require external services (such as online search, data lookup, or cloud synchronization), only the minimum necessary data is transmitted.
"ShelfBuddy in the browser" (app.shelfbuddy.de) is a companion feature for users of the ShelfBuddy app with the Pro upgrade unlocked. It is not a separate product and is not sold separately; there is no user account. The web app shows the library kept on your phone and writes changes back to it.
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee it: the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security measures or during outages, and we may discontinue it with reasonable notice. Your library always remains on your phone. You can switch the feature off at any time in the app's settings; this deletes your data from the server and disconnects every connected browser. Only connect browsers you opened yourself, and confirm a connection only when the details shown on your phone match your browser.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
