Your personal data – including food diary, weight history, habits and settings – is stored exclusively locally on your device. No transfer of this data to our servers takes place.
NutriWhisper can be connected to Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android). The following data types are read: weight, steps, sleep and training activities. Weight data can also be written back. These connections are optional and require your explicit consent. The retrieved health data is processed and stored exclusively locally on your device.
When using photo or text input for calorie tracking, images or descriptions are transmitted to Google to determine nutritional information.
When using the barcode scanner, product information is retrieved from the Open Food Facts database. Only the scanned barcode is transmitted.
Upon uninstallation of the app, all locally stored data is irrevocably deleted.
